Orders can be canceled only before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
Once the order has been accepted by the restaurant and preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Customized or special orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
